We are joining other groups for a bike ride around town. This will mirror the London pre-election ride to keep the pressure on our elected representatives, and candidates too. Everyone welcome!

The small print, well, not really:
We plan to do two circuits of the City Centre, see the attached flyer for details. Please treat pedestrians, cyclists and other road users with respect. We know you will anyway but remember the purpose of the ride is to raise awareness about everyday cycling and to promote the call for space for cycling. Creating space for cycling on our roads and neighbourhoods would not only create safer conditions for existing cyclists but it would also enable more people, in particular children, to start using a bike for their everyday trips. It would be great if we could all stay together as a group but there are lots of traffic lights so if we get split up, it would be nice if you could slow down a little. As this is an informal ride we don’t have marshalls or road closures. Please be particularly careful at Old Eldon Garden and Grey’s Monument which can get a little busy.
