Over the last few months we asked our members to take part in a survey to find out what they thought about the different ways in which we communicate with them. We have now counted up the responses and the results are in. Thanks for every one of the 73 of you who took part!
But first, the winner of the £20 Food Voucher is Louise Reeves and the voucher is on its way in the post.*
At 90% you tell us we are communicating clearly that the Campaign stands up for cycling infrastructure. From the survey we also have found that the most useful method of communicating with our members was the monthly newsletter which the majority of people found very useful or useful (55% and 42%).
For each of the other methods of communication we use, most respondents indicated that they “haven’t used it / don’t know”.
Not including “haven’t used it / don’t know” responses, the methods of communication have been sorted below in order of the percentage of people that found them useful.
Quarterly Members Meeting (89%)
Website Forum (71%)
Google Group (63%)
This information will be used by the Campaign Management Committee to help us make decisions about how we use the different communication channels in the future. We are currently going through your comments “what could we do better?”, and report back any findings to you, as they emerge.
